External hosting of the website

This website is hosted on servers operated by us. These servers are rented from an external service provider. However, this service provider has no access to any data on the servers responsible for the operation of this website. Such data can only be accessed by Kuatsu prop. Maximilian Krause. The personal data collected on this website are primarily IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, website accesses and other data collected via this website.

The hoster is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Our website uses "Plausible Analytics" ("Plausible" for short), an internet analysis service from Plausible Analytics OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403, Tartu, Estonia, Registration number 14709274. With the help of the service, certain usage data of site visitors (date and time of access, user agent of the browser) are collected in anonymized form, evaluated and processed in automatic reports.

Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in the continuous optimization of our online offer and, on the other hand, in identifying and resolving technical problems such as error messages when pages are called up or search engine problems. Plausible Analytics operates via a simple script code without the use of cookies or the use of the IP address, which means that Plausible Analytics does not set cookies on your end device at any time.

6. Cookies
